Sad News No HD channels till 6th Feb

I did not notice and open my tv.i saw that same error 561 access denied all thd hd channels

Did you talk to your LCO ? What are they saying ?

When you start getting the HD channels again please post here so that I can understand the situation and talk to my LCO.

I contacted GTPL KCBPL via Facebook about not getting HD channels and they replied

Currently HD channels are not running due to certain upgradation in the system....Please do give us some time.....Once the system gets updated, you will surely be able to view the said channels.
