Why so few FTA channels ?

if i will choose extra fta channels then i will be pay extra 20 rs for next slabs. i have total 143 channels (including 25 dd channels,1 hd channel=2 sd channels)

I can't understand what is the relation between applying TRAI rules and switching OFF HD channels.

No other cable or DTH providers have switched off their HD channels.
