Not able to Recharge / Activate

Received the response email that AIRTEL team would be updating me on the status of the complaint as soon as possible.
 
No one has turned up from Airtel even after escalating to Nodal through phone and mail.
 
I'm not sure if nodal office works on weekend. Emails to nodal officer aren't tracked, only calls. If they don't pick your call tomorrow, try on Monday. Actually once you call them, the response should be very quick.
 
Airtel personal called up today and informed that he will be coming visiting our place today.

No response received from Nodal on the same by mail yet.

As stated earlier, phone is the best way to contact nodal.
 
Airtel person came today and able to view the channels now. - Thanks for the help.
