Seeking Help Tataplay menu not showing most watched channels, and updated RMN

Hi friends,

I'm using Tataplay past one year,

Its not showing any most watched channels while pressing menu or setting button,

In the help section its not showing RMN also.

I think its technicolor box, its able to set favourite about 100 channels.

Could you please explain to get this both things.

Do a factory reset and if still doesn't work then schedule technician visit. It is free for everyone after rebranding so that's very convenient, technician will confirm what's the problem.
