Not getting any channels

They changed my pack automatically from Tamil economy to DPO pack1,but sun channels are not coming?

Takes time for pay channels to be activated, 2-3 hours was my case.

Now i am getting all DPO pack 1 channels but earlier i subscribed to few HD hannels which is not coming till now and CC has become once again pathetic nobody is responding

My distributor says Sundirect automatically changing customers pack who Recharge after December 29

My account was expired on 15th feb 2019 today night i recharged 212 rs telugu dpo pack 1
After doing recharge also no channel is coming in my tv...
Customer care sucks for sun direct call not even connecting to them.anybody please help.me what to do
In my account showing as pack activated but no channels
