D2h provides online portal.But its service in this very poor.
The account page even don't open in an encrypted page.

It took me around 48hours after request to activate a a-la-carte.
They don't show monthly summary.

yes have much slower service than adtv.
because i am also user of adtv.
i havent tried to downgrade on d2h because i already have the lowest base pack and HD universe pack activated because i am only interested in HD channels of d2h.
