How to change DD mode in remote

I have two TVs
1. Sony Bravia 40R562C with DishTv
2. Sony Bravia 40W562D with Airtel
Both TVs support DD+ Sound
Both TVs picture quality same slightly 1st TV better. Sound quality 2nd TV better this is Airtel effect
