I have multiple connection. Ist stb is sd and south value sports pack is activated. 2nd stb is hd and it have value prime pack + 25 hd channels. Now how can change my 2nd stb pack to south value sports. I checked online it says no eligible packs for hd connection i.e 2nd stb. I also called cc they said south packs are not for roi. Pls help...?

Yes South packs are not for ROI. But you can activate it via online self care login. Do that, I promise your 2nd TV's pack will be changed. :tup
