Discussion Parameters to check when replacing your ADTV Remote officially

I have replaced the remote today, almost after 2 years as most of the keys aren't working properly. This time I have warned them beforehand to bring a good quality one and they did. I'm satisfied with it. Below are the pics.

I also replaced last week. Got with mat Finnish.
Good quality remote.

ordered a new adtv remote today by calling adtv customer care.
