Sorry mates for late update as i was busy with office appraisal process....

Hey I have purchased aluminum light weight strip with multiple holes to support additional LNB span. :c now I have tried from 11pm to 2 am today but not getting signal of Measat 3 or Asiasat 5 ... neighbors sleeping on their terrace asking " kya kar rahe ho sunny itni raat ko?" I answered them " are kuchh nai Koi mil gaya ka Alien ko msg. bhejne ka try kar raha hoo lol...hahaha"

I have tried with all the way from left to right, ups & downs also without attaching strips to feedhorn but in-vein.... :huh

Below is the pics after fitting, pls. share your comments & suggestions on visual pic for easy understanding & also share powerfull transponders from these 2 birds for tuning......... :'(

Very nice pics... but u wont get signals fitting the lnbf's directly on aluminium strip... i have tried too...
Hold lnbf in hand and find the spot... Practical experience is quite different from the theoretical concepts...
And while finding signals for side lnb's remove the scalar ring of the lnb and search, like that also u can get signals...

Hi frens,
Finally i hav tuned to Asiasat 5 sat on my existing setup.

Some transponders are not showing signal like Trance HD and FTV HD but maximum are showing 70-75% signals, any suggestions !! ... Right now doing fine tuning fir that....

Pls . Find below pics...it states there is no space for new addition between INSAT4A and Asiasat 5 LABs.:hello

well , good improvement

yes , thase two hd channels tp's are in dvb-s2 , in genrally dvb s2 needs much and good signal than dvb s , you can try , that what i have done on asiasat 5 on the pic at first page , making a cone type to gain extra signal ( becouse in general when we place lnb on offset , the signal illumination will be spread WIDE it will be more when you go far from prime , rather than concentrated in prime )cone helps guide extra signals to feedhorn

i too dont recive trace and ftv hd on 8 feet dish when i remove the selfmade cone

i think you can place a lnb inbetween those teo for measat @ 91 E

I also have Asiasat 5 on offset and not getting FTV HD and Trace HD channels (Trace sports HD and Trace urban HD).... My prime lnb for now is on AsiaSat 3S... Hopefully the cone will be helpful to get the HD channels of AsiaSat 5 on offset as told by vishvish ... :sp will try it for sure..
