Is my remote is old one or remote with * button and vod button is old one??

I think this button is there on new RF remote as I have one on mine, which controls the sound pattern and these are latest one.

Dear Friends,

After recent update of my 2011 STB, Facing lots of Issues,

Resolution Problem,
Channel not changing for 5 secs after EPG changes.
Booting takes very long time,
Remote is not working 50% of the times when its switched on, Still the STB Light blinks as a response for pressing.Requires Restart.
Response time is damn slower for all actions.

Any option to roll back for previous Software, or can I get replacement for the Issues stated.
