Intelsat 17 = tamil sat, all new tamil channels start testing there. Its full of your region channel, and all are in c-band.. Its footprint in euorpe beam but in south india easily receivable..

Yes thats why we said you have to invest in c band.

Intelsat17 ku beams are mainly for europe and ME but c band can easily receivable by us.

And insat4a ku beams are for tatasky and encrypted. But c band has lot of fta (mainly hindi)

So get a c band setup and enjoy

another plus point is, in c-band no signal lose problem in rain time.. and its one time investment only..
