I am using dishtv truhd box and 55" Samsung 4K tv with auto upscaler..
When I am setting the stb @ 1920/1080i 60hz the picture quality is superb but getting the soap opera effect (motion smoothing)..
I tried without 4K upscale but still the same.. I have another fta HD receiver which is working @ 60hz without any PQ issues..
Any suggestions if I can overcome this issue with nxt box.. or have to wait for 4K box!!!
Pls let me know is there a way I can watch 1920/1080 @60hz with out these extra smooth motion..
Btw.. the effect is too good for watching sports.. you don't miss even a split second action....
