Pixellation issue in all new channels

now signel problem started
but stb signel showing green bar colors

now new channels are scrambled, in which package these r added. i am in new south gold pack.

Friends you can check for your RG-WIRE connect in between your STB & LNB if dish lineament &
wire is ok then this fault is fromthe back end means from your service provider ?

yesterday i also contacted Dealer service engineer
he come 2 time
first he come in noon and corrected the antena
but Pixcell issuse not solved
then he come in evening change antena camera
after it Pixcell is not going
also some time All new channel (TP - 11546 H)
showing no signel

and heavily pixcell come in 9x tashan( mostly when cartoon Character come )
or some pixcell is other new channel
anyone facing this problem ??
