I'm also facing the same issue. After talking to customer care they logged my complaint and I received the call from field engineer and he told me that the issue I'm facing is because we have a common dish installed for all users in our building and it need some hardware update which has to be done by local vendor of our area. Surprisingly the airtel customer care was not aware of this situation that local vendor is not updated the hardware. I escalated the whole scenario to the CC supervisor and he assured a resolution by tomorrow. lets see what happens....
