TS has all the resources to fix all bugs in the stb. I am sure they will look into that

No Sir they not fix all bugs still HDR option not working in TravelXp 4K HDR in SONY 4k tv

What isssue you getting??? Aren’t u getting HLG on the channe
what’s the Sony Tv model ur using ???

I don't get any HDR or HLG only standard Picture mode I got mostly when I play HDR Constant The pictures mode automatically changed to HDR My TV model is Sony X70F

Change HDMI settings to enhanced in tv setting u will get HLG on travel xp 4K channel

Did you try what @Mr.Bhat ?
In STB go to Home>Settings>Device Preferences>Restart
Then check if Travel XP showing HLG
It resolved for us, ( but kind of repeated workaround,due to bug with software)
Same issue , every time need to reboot the STB for HDR content, Very pathetic service from TS service team . Worst team , telling false commitment. Will shift to Airtel xtream , hardly 15 days old
