problem in topup

seems like paytm and freecharge are failing to top up sundth now. I get success messages there but the account balance in sun dth is not getting updated:wall

Logout from sundirect website and login again it will show you

And also check Transaction history in Website

thank u .. i guess i got confused as in videocond2h when I topup with 139, I will be shown balance of 139 along with next date of recharge. Here balance goes down with each day.

But in sun dth, when I topup with 139, I will be shown balance of 0 along with next date of recharge.

If u recharged in paytm/other recharge website,recharge time take another 10 to 30 minutes,after ur account balance & validity date showing ur account status as third party top up:k
