Seeking Help Problem with my tata play binge, Update screen keeps coming and annoying

I have an issue on my dad's tata play binge

update screen keeps coming and annoying,

the box keeps tuning to update screen, but it everytime shows update failed,

is there any help I can do?

Make sure Internet connection is stable and the speed is fast.

Already it is, but still it does that

Then factory reset once and see.

Only proceed if you are comfortable and know how to proceed after the reset.

I don't have to reset it, but I tried checking updates from it's settings, it's still up to date

Storage may be full. Delete some unused APPs. I was also facing the same problem.

How do I clear it

Unplug power adapter from set top box, then plug, press reset button in bottom, use toothpick or pen for 15 second, it's open one screen, then press ->wipe cache, once done,press reboot now,

If problem not resolved means use same step, select --> wipe data/factory default, then press reboot now
