If buzz is to be believed then popular TV actress Rashami Desai have been roped in to play the role of ‘Angoori bhabhi’ in & TV’s hit show ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! According to sources, the actress will replace Shilpa Shinde who is currently playing the character of Angoori Bhabhi on the show. The character of Anoori Bhabhi is extremely popular amongst audiences.
Incidentally, Rashami was the first choice for the show but she had refused to play the character at that time after which Shilpa had stepped into her showes and made Angoori Bhabhi a household name.
Shilpa Shinde will soon bid adieu to the show according to various media reports and the producers are planning to replace Shilpa Shinde with Rashami due to a tiff between the Shilpa & the production house!
The makers of the show are apparently miffed with Shilpa, as she has reportedly been throwing tantrums on the sets lately, and has also asked for her fee to be revised. Whereas Shilpa says she had been planning to quit the show for quite some time now due to ill-treatment by the production house.
Shilpa Shinde had made her character Angoori extremely popular over an year, courtesy her impeccable comic timing. And now it will be interesting to see if Rashami creates the same magic! Stay tuned to find out more.
