Reagaring video recording 2011 model throught USB

I recently activated my usb recording. but when ever i try to download. error message is displaying "Recording failed. No recording rights". Pls could anyone he:angrylp

Just now one of cc contacted me.. he told that your model 2011 is not compatible. Download id should be 40 not 45 he told. What the heck? I live in davangere, Karnataka
