receiver stuck at "Forced software update"

I have been using dish TV in jeddah since last 5 months, but yesterday power of the receiver got switched off. When I restarted, it kept on rebooting. I tried to plug out the power and put back many times, but no success. Now it is stuck at "Forced Software Update" and signal strength and quality is 0%...
Any help??

You have to update the receiver software. Go to souk Shemal. There you can update software from any Pakistani or Bangladeshi dish shop owner. It will cost s.r.30.
