Yes, but update was not rolled to all. When I checked about 2 weeks back, Old version was downloaded. Today tried again and got this new update.
1. Smaller logo- good(translucent could have been better) new position @top left for some sports channels, but not all.
2. IVC added- i guess it means intelligent volume control which levels volume of different channels- good if it really works
3. UI/banner background turned from black to grey- Not good. Dishtv should revert to black
