History tv is not part of the deal , regarding paramount currently they will allow brands to continue till 2029 as per agreement signed in 2019 .
But all depends on the new chairman of paramount who will be taking his position in couple of months

Paramount owned channels may continue for some more years under upcoming company & it's fate will be decided according to the situation then.
Current partnership with Viacom 18 get transferred to merged company. But some channels are rumoured to shutdown.
History TV has deal with TV18 in India but its partial owner is Disney. Whether its a part of deal or not, no problem in continuing broadcast.

Exactly star sd channels picture quality so bad and star south channels are already using 16:9 ratio bengali marathi hindi are still lacking
