Actually I was not getting some channels from some TPs of the new GSAT24, like TravelXP HD, TLC HD, FOXlife HD, MTV Beats HD, etc. The other majority of channels are coming good and ok.
I had Inverto Super LNB set with TataSky 4' dish.
As I was not getting signal from the migrated channels, I called Tata Play to fix the issue.
The Tata Play guy diagnosed that the old Super LNB is the culprit and need to be changed with a version 2 Super LNB.
But he charged me ₹1921/- for the new Super 2.0 LNBF. I am astonished because the old one has no issue except it was unable to get signal from some of the new transponders. Why the end user will suffer for the satellite migration of Tata Play?

I'm using Sun Direct LNB replaced by a local technician for my Tata Play connection 1.5 years ago, receiving GSAT24 signal without any issue. Even getting full signal quality for GSAT24 and 80% for GSAT30.

Also the amount you paid Rs.1921 - with an additional 100 or 200, You can get a complete New Tata Play Kit with new ODU, LNB with 6-month validity

Customer must raise his voice when he knows that its not his fault for the replacement. Any company will charge money but the customer should be aware.
