Both CCB and RC are found only on DDFD and Airtel. TS and other DTH platforms do not have them.

On the other hand, Airtel does not have many of Viacom18’s HD channels.

D2h also don't have vicom 18 hd channels , CCB is for free dish users only

I saw anjaanm in star gold earlier on srk birthday along with ram jaane phir bhi dil hai hindustani asoka and paheli their was a time when star gold had maximum number of bollywood films.

Even Amitabh Bachchan's Don was aired thrice on a single day on three different FTA movie channels. Good that it has been renewed by Zee now and the movie is airing tomorrow on Zee Bollywood at 8PM.
