No not because of ending, It was because of EXTRAORDINARY SCRIPT Which even an IAS Officer won't be able to understand . Karan Johar had gone nuts. Believe me I was watching it in theatre . There were around 200 people during its start , by interval it reduced to 70-80 and by Climax just 10 . Such a masterpiece was it.


It only worked because of its chartbuster songs especially Channa Mereya, Title track and Bulleya . Also Breakup Song.

Yes even My mom didn't like the movie she even call the movie ae brain samajhna hai mushkil which made me ROFL FYI the songs were amazing i used to download it on MP3 player back in mid October 2016

No no no that Was Post release controversy and if KJo wants to make a movie about this rare thing at that time he should have more focus on story

If Sholay moves to Sony, then we can see Sholay on both Zee and Sony movie channels.

Also, dubbed films like DJ, KGF, Bahubali series, Sivaji and other films can be viewed on Zee channels.

Also, Rajshri Productions films which premiered on Sony especially Hum Aapke Hain Kaun (and other films) will be back on Sony channels.

And yes, get ready to watch Sooryavansham on Zee movie channels from now on!!

Indian (Hindustani) , Chachi 420 aka Avvai Shanmugi , Muthu, Baasha, Jeans get telecasted somedays. Except Baasha all movies rights with Sony. Many Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh movies like Anari (Chinna Thambi) , Aaj Ka Goonda Raj get aired.
