But I'm not happy because Star or Hotstar acquired more Remake movies like Laxmii, Dil bechara, Mimi, Hum Do Hammare Do, Hungama 2 and Now once again they are going to acquire Ratsasan remake, Good luck Jerry and one more Remake Hridayam currently in per production. Zee/Sony too got some good movies both Bollywood and pan India movies, even Viacom too good in movie acquisition they got Shershaah, Minnal Murali.

Well to each his choice. I am quite happy with range of old or new bollywood films star/disney has acquired in last 3 years and will continue same in the future. Yes, they r acquiring some new remake films bcoz those r films which r having potential to succeed or are from banners with whom they have agreement but u should also see other bollywood films they have acquired in this time period.

Zee is not at all doing even average job to cater to its bollywood audience . So may films in its bollywood film library r lying idle or getting aired in watershed hrs.... They r just repeating 30 or 40 Bollywood films and giving space to more dubbed south indian movies. Viacom18 has hugely improved bollywood content on Colors Cineplex HD and Colors Cineplex Bollywood also doing fab job, i am quite sure they will improve bollywood content on Colors Cineplex and Colors Cineplex Superhits too very soon as CCS is made available across platforms and rights of many dubbed south indian movies expire. Viacom18 is showing more bollywood films on CCB than what zee manages to show on its 5 main chs

Bro what I think broadcaster should manage bollywood and dubbed films both like zee viacom18. I can see Disney-Star has not acquired South dubbed films in recent times as a viewer not interested to watch bollywood films its end of good stories in bollywood movies. zee-sony and Viacom18 are getting some good atings for dubbed films.

Manage like zee? Noone wants that to happen bro. Zee is repeating mistakes of sony, i still hope that they improve scheduling of bollywood films and air more variety of films. Star/disney is focused more on bollywood films and has a extremely strong / big bollywood audience base hence they acquire maximum bollywood films and r No. 1 Hindi Movies Network. Just wait n watch in next few months, u will see more mega influx of bollywood films on their network be it from prominent banners or library companies. Sony and Zee need to rework strategy and focus more on bollywood films else they will lose out in this segment and remaining behind in this segment means lot of negative impact in various aspects

Bhai I said u earlier please give some time to Sony and zee they are working on it both the networks are in under renovation both are big broadcasters things can't be implemented soon once the all merger process ends everything will be back to the normal yes agree Disney-Star is no.1 but remember nothing is permanent and I think u forgot if disney wouldn't be their star india was out of the board like how disney saved star india same zee and Sony will get support from each other till then let them enjoy their time. Star gold lost many big films and banners to Sony, zee and Viacom18 in 2016-2018 in 2019 after merging with disney star got another chance to survive please stop targeting Sony and zee in coming days u will see lots of changes.

After sony B4U itself lgonred Their own library none of the channels airing those movies just because B4U shared those films with goldmines zee couldn't renewed or else zee could have given perfect air timings in SD and HD both.

I can understand that sony needs time to improve bollywood content as they have lost many bollywood films and still many more continuing to shift and they will acquire more bollywood films as well get access to zee network bollywood library. This excuse cannot b given for zee as it has had huge bollywood film library but has mismanaged it thus sidelining many of these films while giving prominence to dubbed south indian movies. Sony is improving but i am still to see any positive signs from zee.

Not only zee repeats 40 odd bollywood films across its hindi movie channels but when some movies r set to expire this repetition further increses, latter part holds true for sony too. Sony just keeps on repeating bollywood or dubbed south indian films which r set to expire. I still do not understand reason for this as there is no need to b so insecure about films shifting to another broadcaster or thinking that rival network should not get any advantage.

Anyways coming months will have lot of surprises as far as movie agreement / renewals is concerned, just wait n watch the suspense unfold.

Remaining 2004 / 2014/2013 YRF films Veer Zaara, Shuddh Desi Romance, Aurangzeb, Daawat E Ishq, Bewakoofiyan, Kill Dill.... Think even YRF films from 2007/2008/2009 have barring ones like Rocket Singh. Also many YRF films 2010/2011/2012 seems to have expired from sony. Not seen them airing since start of April. Next in line r 2005/2006 YRF films
