&picturesHD is running Saturday premier night promos where movies like Gangubai, Bob Biswas etc are expected to premiere. Wondering if there is any change in strategy as usually 1st premiere always happens on Zee cinema HD.

Yes buddy. I have sent feedback regarding this to star/disney on several occasions in last 5 or 6 years

Actually deleting songs cutting action scenes trend started by Disney-Star in 2011 now same trend following by zee viacom18. They acquiring many films from zee and Sony star gold was the only movie channel which was available so they started this trend. In 2012 movies ok 2nd movie channel of star india launched.

I haven’t seen this trend. Is that’s the case then why did Badhai Do recently had premiere on Zee cinema ? This film wasn’t a commercial hit and has niche content.

Gangubai, RRR are commercially hits films too but still they are part of &picturesHD Saturday premiere night
