Did "Bhootnath Returns (2014)" worked on TV just like "Bhoothnath (2008)" when Disney- Star renewed it and premiered it on Star Gold ????
Because it airing much as its first part.

Many other prominent films soon likely to exit sony zee

It may expire. Sony might not renew the agreement for the same and Sony Pictures Networks will instead prefer to sell the rights to some other broadcaster.

Even for home production films (made by parent company studio/banner) concerned broadcaster has to enter agreement to buy satellite or digital rights.

I think Sony International will decide to sell rights of its hollywood and bollywood films in a combo to disney star in the near future to generate more revenue
