Reasons:-
1) Nostalgia
2) Feeling (& Atmosphere maybe)

Red Chillies Owned Movie Library (which includes SRK Home Production, Eagle Films, Cineyug Films, Individual movies like Chaahat) seem to be repeating very often on Viacom18 hindi movie channels since last few weeks and may shift soon to some other network barring recently renewed ones....maybe to zee and ones zee have will shift to Viacom18 barring new ones .....or all might be shifting soon to Disney-Star which again will happen not all at once but in small batches as and when agreement for said movies expire from old network

Now i am 99% sure many YRF movies are very soon set to shift from Disney-Star to some other broadcaster probably Viacom18 or interchanging/rotation of YRF movies will happen between Sony and Disney-Star
