Bcoz Singham was a remake of a South Indian Movie and Reliance Entertainment was just a distributor and once agreement period expired right ownership would have went back to producers and they would have sold satellite rights to Goldmines ....same can happen with Bodyguard too let's wait.
Singham is produced by Reliance Entertainment only, Reliance Entertainment is the only Constant Producer of entire Cop Universe

Bodyguard is co-produced by Reliance Entertainment & Reel Life Productions
If Reliance controls its rights, it may move to Goldmines like Singham
If Reel Life controls its rights, it may move to Zee

Singham was produced by reliance entertainment only there was no other producer involved

Ok buddy, maybe Reliance Entertainment bought the original remake rights and same were to be with them for certain years....now i guesa original South Indian movie producers own the remake rights ...had Reliance Entertainment had the rights film would have stayed with Disney Star and if Goldmines owned the rights it would also be available on their YouTube channel as usually they buy both TV + OTT rights together

So, all the Sony International films which were earlier renewed by Disney-Star are now being shifted to Viacom 18.
They rotate from one broadcaster to another at short intervals. Also just to let all know Jio Cinema too has all the Hollywood Movies of Sony Pictures
