So SCV stays in Chennai? Then why cant they start marketing for their STB's? Can you ask your LCO about SCV status in the Chennai cable tv market?

Yes addon to the basic pack so Monthly cost will be Basic Pack + HD Add ON + (Alacarte if we choose) so cost goes like Operator charge 100 Rs + 78 Rs (basic Pack) + 115(Value HD) Minimum

May be they have an agreement that one MSO can take over SD and the other the HD local cable market. Unless Arasu really takes over an entire City or at-least Central, South or North Chennai its really hard to say how things actually turn out.

I'll surely shift to scv hd videocon D2h if Sony, six and discovery hd are added in hd packs. The price of all channels looks justified instead of msm networks.
