SCV new package now on their website

Ok, so SCV will never offer the best quality even in DAS and will try to push their channels only. This is not a fair business.

Pls any one upload scv set top box image and pictures quality image. Scv set top box company name

Mine was old one, now they are selling different model but same remote control. As for the picture quality most channels looks good on CRT tv but on LCD only foreign and English movies channel looks good.

Yes. I agree with you since I am also facing/feeling the same.

Unless SCV gives a good package and STB free for 6 month subscription i wont go for it, comparing SCV, DTH seems better and cheaper and also has all the channels. SCV will surely ruin the cable business which they have already spoiled with the CAS and poor quality and monopoly system.

for my viewing.. i feel la carte is better than what they give in package... i pick and choose the channels which i want instead of having malayalam,telugu, kannada in my pack.
alternately BASE pack +MP pack + i Pack i think works good and total comes to 200Rs inclusive of tax.
any thoughts??

Well, i too don't want malayalam, telugu, kannada and hindi channels as i don't understand and for me they are waste of money.

If i choose Tamil basic then Rs.133.50/- + News Rs 21.50 + MP Pack Rs 35.00 = 190 + tax which comes around 215.00 + Rs.

Or if i choose SCV GOLD then Rs.195/ + tax which comes around 220.00 + Rs.

Both the above prices are costly for such a poor quality and no PT when compared to DTH and its quality and mobility.

If i have no choice and it i cant go for a DTH them i may take it feeling pity about the situation.

scv digital has added a huge number of channels to their list but all of them looks encrypted now.
