Me too got same resolution code at around 7:30pm.Showing wrong cid, wrong account balance and rmn on menu.

Nothing special he told .
He just asked whether The Id and RMN is belong to me or not . And then asked my ID .Upon checking he told me he is considering my SS as proof and he will send it to higher authority .
