Dear Dream Dth Administrators & Co-Administrator & Dream SMOD & Dream MOD & Dream Dth Members,

My Reliance Digital Tv HDDVR Set Top Box Is Not Working:'(

I am Purchased Reliance Digital Tv HDDVR Set Top Box Dated On 15/08/2011

no problem in 3years:'(

But Today Onwards My Reliance Digital Tv HDDVR Set Top Box Is Not Working

Anybody know what is the reason my Reliance Digital Tv HDDVR set top box is not working

Set top box Shows RED Light & Green Light & Yellow Light all light is Appear when i am switch on the box,continuously set top box 3 light blinking (Stand BY Mode),.i don't know what happen , why it was not change from ,So Please Tell whats wrong with My Set Box.is there any solution for the same Error.If Yes then Please Tell Me The same

i am Already know Customer service Bro ,but cc will be changed only old set top box because i am see many complaint on consumer court & many websites

Tell CC that your STBs software failed and you not able to tune it if they understand your problem then they can fixed it by sending Technician. BTW please check you connections too I have a doubt in your problem :huh

i am check my connection bro no problem ,my valdity expire on 03/aug/2014

& also check my hdmi cable & signal cable & power Cable is fixed properly

when i am switch on the box,continuously set top box 3 light blinking

Please call CC it might be the case of Software Failure they will send Technician according to your need.
