Seeking Help settop box started getting off automatically

This has been started since last 5 days now. Daily morning when I start settop box, for the first 2 hours it keeps getting off, if I quickly ON it, it quickly goes OFF. This goes on for more than 10 to 15 times then it does not shut off. Same happens if I switch off it in morning and later in the afternoon again start the settop box.

hardly 1 or 2 times per day it started automatically after getting switched OFF. I do not understand what component is at fault. I even got 2 times only in last 5 days message about re-insert digicard message. So when the error message came second time, I removed digicard and reinserted it by cleaning it. My digicard looks good just got old.

What can be the issue? Settop box or Digicard or Power adapter? I am using HD+ box purchased in 2009.

Maybe it is your remote. It might be double pressing your power button. Try turning on the STB from the power button located on the HD+ box itself to rule out a faulty remote.

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked remote even moving it to some other room. Then I used the settop box power button also but of no use. Daily this goes on. I have today did settop box "Master reset". Will observe if it makes any change in my issue.

May Be STB issue Call customer care & Tell Them your Issue.

Sure. Just wanted to know from other members if they experience any such issue and any probable hints to fix this issue before going to customer care.
