We can expect media acquisition form Netflix in future

Bro We should understand that networks are going for consolidation to prevent unnecessary loss.
Netflix is investing in India for online content. They may tie up for online content with big Indian network but for sure I believe they will not go for a full scale acquisition.
This would result in unessary loss for company.
India is going to follow the same path USA followed in early 2000's . In less than a decade we may see Online platform replacing cable. It's not good Netflix like big company to invest lot in acquisition of Network that is big in soap opera and not present in kids and sports.
Whereas Netflix can go for a purchase of content from zee or partner with them for some original content.

Maybe Disney or Netflix will acquire Zee

Never. Netflix is an OTT focused company and it is their fuel to stay strong in the field. Buying a large network like Zee(same applies to any network of any country) will give them unnecessary burdens. First of all they will lose their focus on OTT business and they have to spend a lot time to make things stable. It may lead to their fall.
Case of Disney is different, it is a media conglomerate bears different types of assets. But now Star India is enough for Disney. And they are suffering a little to drive the huge company in India. So no chance for Disney to buy Zee. Beside Disney may sell some properties from them.
Comcast and AT&T(Warner Media) can acquire ZEEL. They are as much wealthier like Disney and capable of swallowing a complete network suffering losses. Also both of them have minor presence in India.

But this Disney selling Endemol Shine Group to French Company Banijay group

Banijay is co producing TKSS with Salman Khan so already they are working with Sony and achieving good results as well.

I think Sony-Tv18 waiting for Viacom clearance from US. If this deal completes successful in India, then Sony-ViacomCBS may merge in future.
