But still viacomSony 18 is awaited merge of asia Caz it will immediately turn into entertainment and profitable machine

You forgot the most important one. HD version of Sony Max 2 (or) a new Hindi HD movie channel. Zee has 9 and Disney has 10 (including Star Gold 2 HD) but Sony has only 4 and Viacom has 2, not enough for their huge library combined (especially Sony).

I haven't mentioned HD channels. Because it has same name with HD as extra. So we can know to what section it goes
