Sound goes off a second in tatasky hd

Sound goes off a second in tataskyhd, I had complained to TS customer care,a service person came and changed the audio through hdmi setting from dolbydigital+ to pcm it works fine in this setting but I get the same problem when I switch to dolbydigital+ I want to get the dolby sound as I have a sony ht iv300 home theatre. Service persons are clueless regarding this issue. Did anyone face the similar issues ?please give a solution.

STB to HT
HT to TV
Sound mode set to only DD in STB

Tried with that too sir, but facing the same problem. There is no issue when I set it to pcm.

You need to reset and update ht software once.

But I get the same problem when I connect the settopbox directly to tv.

When it's happening, same channel or while changing channel..

In every channel, I connected different devices with my ht sound seems to be fine, person from ts said my tb is faulty so I checked with different tv as well still the problem continues.
