TP HD Box New - Only PCM & Auto options in Sound Settings

Hi Friends,

Today, just replaced my 4-year-old HD set-top box with a newer one. I just noticed in sound settings, I can only have options PCM and Auto. I couldn't specifically select Dolby Digital or Dolby Digital Plus. But I had these options in my older box.

Is it like that for all new or recently made boxes? My new box and older one - both are this plastic PVC box - Navya Box. but the font style is different in the new box

Bro afaik both boxes looks same but old box was panna box and new box is navya box..the new box has new UI with a different font

Also the channel epg not showing whether its dolby digital or DD+ and simply shows HD.

Maybe defective box or try to manually update and reset the box once

@HappySoul I have done the manual update in my Tataplay HD box. But I didn't get the option for the dolby digital sound. Any other idea?
