Overall we are only victim of NTO 1 & 2 not beneficiary

But l would like to admit here that NTO 1 really gave me great experience. l have 2 connection. My home connection have primary channel & my bedroom tv for 1 day activate channel (both NCF 59 only). On bedroom tv l enjoy any movie without monthly price pack burden. Dont know now what NTO 2 bring ahead... worrying

Govt. early made tv viewer more uncomfortable. When viewer feel comfortable with running tarrif order Govt. take tarrif to next hard level
