We are forgetting that ESS JV will no more, in this situation either ESPN shut down all channels or change name. In short ESPN brand will not be available in asia. In this situation may star group launch new channel but they need to change name of ESPN or shut down. So it is mostly possible star launch new channel and after that [in june] ESPN will off air. Hence they get double benefit, fresh content and fresh deal with DTH/cable operator. [may demand more charge]

Lets see if ESPN shuts down in Asia then it will be a huge loss for us as we will miss quality Live International Sporting Action.
