Bro,how can you say this all are upcoming channels.Most of them are assumptions regarding channel launching pattern of networks. Atleast paper works neither have been started.Zee keralam,Zee kannada HD,Star prime,SS3,Zee Bollywood are the upcoming channels I found.

But what about Zee news regional versions & Star Sports regional versions?
Star will only launch SS3 with various language feeds, if they will get good feedback for particular language then they will launch that channel separately.
Rebranding channels like Zee Ganga & magic can't be considered as upcoming channels because it's not a new launch, it's just a name change.

To consider in upcoming channel list,atleast a single statement specifying the channel name from the officials should provided.And atmost the new channel won't take more than one year to launch.Zee had license for Malayalam channel about 3/4 years ago,and they had plans about 5 years ago.But the channel is yet to be launched.This news are future plans of Zee but there is no guarantee for it.I don't think all these new channels happens in FY19 itself(especially Zee network).
May be the thread will be bulky.

It means that they will launch the channels if they get good response for that languages on SS3.
For example, if they'll good response for kannada then they'll launch SS1 kannada.
