Starsports HD blocked on hathway mumbai ?

I am in Mumbai, Goregaon west. Since last few days i am not getting either of starsports hd channels (earlier i was getting starsports hd 1 and 2). may calls to cable operator, Mahalxmi cable network, resulted in nothing as every time they give me different answer. are other people getting these two channels on HD? someone plz help me ?

No. I mean u r using Hathway STB so plz can u post some pictures with options, menu, settings channel list picture starting from booting STB

Star Sports is claiming that Hathway has removed Star Sports channels from all the packs and they are providing it only on a-la-carte
