starting malayalam 2 topup ????????

can anybody confirm what does this topup means

it contains no channel now

may be 2nd topup with addition of new channel (most prob:reporter tv)
but never heard such topup addition by airtel to the customers already subscribed topup list without subscription request by customer

hell :'(i taught they are adding new malayalam channel
now they updated channel list by adding other malayalam which were later in base packs:wall :wall

airtel :didnt add kochu tv even they are creating additional topup
(i think they are removing malayalam channels from base pack and are going to make it under 2 topups):huh :huh :huh

they added it to many cust in kerala circle. reason unknown(talked with escalation desk).
