Hi i am a tata sky user and my tata sky sd technicolour box is not receiving software upgrade . I tried manually but still it not receiving .please help

I got in Sunday morning.i don't think nothing much they added only Subscriber ID added in front of channels guide..nothing changes much..UI is yet same.
