DTH updates STB Portability

When STB portability comes in to force? If STB portability comes, I think we can buy good STBs from market. Even possible for Android certified boxes may be available in the market, which will help us to choose the desired OTT subscription and watch DTH too

Let NTO 2.0 come out first. Than we can discuss about set top box portability which I don't think will even happen anytime soon.
