Strange issue on Tata sky hd...

Rarely happened this horizontal lines appeared problem on my tatasky stb...
its solved only after reset the stb...Audio also stopped during this problem happened...
is this serious problem or normal???
otherwise this is EPROM corrupted or Software error???
Experts Guide me...
MY STB model is HS3C03

this might be cable connectivity issue.. remove all cables and re plug it.

yes iam also guess the same...Tata sky's cal camp electronics stb have this type of problems.Huawei stb is better
