sun direct comparison with other providers

After a long time I have decided to bring sun direct hd+ box only for a reason of capability to at a time watch and record channels of the same transponder frequency. But at the same time I fear to lose some interactive features.
Please tell me what are the interactive services sun direct has by the date.
Also tell me is sudarshan news is available in sun direct?
As I am maharashtrian I fear I would be having huge no of South Indian channels(I don't understand south Indian languages.)

Every DTH has some major negative aspects, the only choice is you can choose the best among the worst.
01. Sun Direct - Limited HDs, Forced to see their own channels, loosing favorite channels (in Tamil Polimer Puthuyugam etc), not better for ROIs
02. ADTV - Every thing money. Money minded in all aspects, including channel addtion, calling CC also not left.
03. RDTV - Not in race. They think its fate of their customers to hold their connection. waiting for chance to abandon.
04. D2H - Quality is not good as ADTV, Sun Direct and Tatasky. Confused packages
05. Dish TV - Wonder why still HD channels are not in DD or DD Plus.

This facility is not available on videocon d2h . I know for sure. (In unlimited recorder box)
I don't know about dish tv but I didn't thought about dish tv because it had hanging problems. ( I don't know how serious is the issue)
