Star vijay hd is getting frequently stuck not able to change channel. How to rectify? Switch offed restarted and refreshed but nothing helps. This is happening only with star vijay hd alone.

1) Factory Reset STB

2) If issue still persists, call CC and schedule a technician house visit. Antenna might need to be adjusted.

Also, while Vijay HD is on, check the signal quality displayed in the EPG (Info button on remote). If the signal is not steady and it fluctuates more than 5% within a minute, then it could be a sign of the antenna requiring an adjustment. Also, check if other HD channels from the same transponder (11670) are getting stuck too. Signal quality will be same for all channels from the same transponder.

Not able to change channel? That's weird. Now it makes me think it could be a STB issue. Anyway, a call to CC could help.
